Apartment Pilot Company History
In the beginning there was confusion.
In business since 1999, Apartment Pilot was founded on the belief that there had to be a better way for residents and managers to communicate. In addition, building managers, building owners and property managers wanted to provide better products and services for their residents and tenants. They were seeking more amenities to further enhance the living experience of residents, tenants and owners in their buildings.
Out of this idea, Apartment Pilot was born.
The team was assembled.
To be successful, our founder and current president, Joe Gold, realized that he needed experienced, professional, and like-minded individuals to fully express his idea. Two other partners were recruited:
Vice President of Operations, AJ Papp, and Vice President of Research and Development, Brad Archibald. The three of them, with more than 60 years of Property Management and Computer expertise between them, have built Apartment Pilot into the premier suite of property management and communication software it has become today.

With prestigious customers like the Trump Corporation in New York, and Gateway Property Management in Western Canada, Apartment Pilot is truly an international success. With buildings using Apartment Pilot software with as few as 5 suites and buildings with more than 500, Apartment Pilot has solutions to suit any sized building, big or small.
