The ability to track security card access and key fob numbers further enhances building security. Our digital signature pad allows the capture of signatures forensically (Permission to Enter forms, package delivery, etc.) and are actually admissible in courts of law.

What if my computer crashes, will I lose all my valuable data?

No. One of the benefits of using a web-based software solution like Apartment Pilot is that your data resides on a secure offsite server that is backed up regularly. To further guard against data loss, your information is also stored on multiple redundant servers. Because none of your information is stored on your computer, your data is completely protected from any computer crashes, viruses, or even theft.

Yes! Apartment Pilot software features an online maintenance request system. You can make a request for repair and then track its progress through the system. Package deliveries have always been a problem in our building. How can Apartment Pilot software help us?

Management can notify residents when packages have arrived via email alerts, notices on the home page of Apartment Pilot software, and through an optional “Mail Room Monitor” – a large LCD computer screen which can identify, at a glance, which suites have deliveries ready for pick up. Permission to enter forms can be assigned specific dates and times, can require the person to show identification, and can be filled out wherever there is an internet connection. Why can't I edit my PTE (Permission to Enter) form?

For security reasons and to keep the database of information intact, PTE forms can only be cancelled. Each PTE is assigned it's own unique tracking number, this allows accurate audit trails of activity to be recorded. If the wording or any other detail is changed on a PTE it becomes null and void and a new PTE must be created.
